I prefer to an instrumental leader most. Being an instrumental leader is such important to group work ,because it is highly responsible for a leader to get the job finished without hesitating.Many companies are interested in hiring the leaders who can make effenicy better in their own group works. An instrumental leder can focus on group project without wasting time to other things which are less important than work. Mostly, an instrumental leader does not get self confused by many things interrupting since work has to be done in following time. An instrumental leader have to look up in reducing the cost to get better profits at work. In fact, this is significant for group work. For example, there was a TV show called " An apprentice".In the show, each group leaders have to compelet their own projects by not enough material, so it is necesary to have an instrumental leader to assign different works for each group members without getting confused. And, every one is able to get job well done as soon as possible. An instrumental leader is demanded to finish the project with no mistake. It is such important to the certain company in now days. Also every group member needs a leader who can arrange the perfect schedule for them that these memebers are willing to do their jobs. So, i would prefer to choice an instrumental leader is better.
